Kanyon arrived on Monday 1st September 2008 and trotted into the house after
a four and a half hour car journey, without a care in the world, making friends with the other dogs immediately! He has the
most beautiful, easy going nature, lives very happily with our other neutered male & 2 girls, adores our 5 yr old
son, is a wonderful show-man in the ring and is a joy to have with us here as he has us in hysterics as he is such a happy
clown!
His
dam is 'Hassle' - Int & Ir CH, GB CH Veldtkammer Lady Done A Bunk JW, she is also the UK Breed Record Holder
and his sire is 'Pansa' - FCI INT, IT & SPAN CH Shangani Pansa-Dafina.
Kanyon's
Hip Score is 5:12, Elbows 0:0 and he has been DNA tested for Haemophilia B Factor IX and is Homozygous healthy/clear. Kanyon
has sired 5 lovely litters so far and we are extremely proud of them all. More info on his progeny page. Kanyon is owned solely

lad Kanyon takes a fantastic 2nd place in GC Dog under breed specialist Mrs Ann Gates (Eagleridge), he showed beautifully
as always and we are very proud of him....a fantastic day even more so as his daughter Vesper has a great 3rd in puppy bitch!
Newtown CS Open Show - Sunday 3rd March 2013 - Kanyon has 1st in AVNSC Open
under Daniel Roberts.

2011 - Kanyon and Rachel were invited to be part of the Veldtkammer Breeders Team at the Breeders Final - out of 25 top Breeder
teams that took part we made it to the final 7 teams on the famous green carpet in the BIS ring! - A Huge achievement and
a great day and thank you for inviting us to be a part of it!!
Midland Counties Champ Show - Sunday 31st Oct 2010 - Kanyon was part of the Veldtkammer Breeders team that took Hound
Breeders Group 2nd place.
South Wales Champ Show -Friday
8th October 2010 - Kanyon has 4th in Open Dog under breed specialist Mr C Brownlee (Jambaro).
Richmond Champ Show - Friday 10th Sept 2010 - Our
first "family" dog showing day out since our son Ashton was born! Kanyon made the cut in Open dog, under Denise
Tyerman but no top honours this time. He showed beatifully as always and we all had a fab day out!!
Birmingham National Champ
Show - Friday 7th May 2010– 1st Open Dog and then takes the Dog CC under Mrs Anne MacDonald - his first!!!!
WHAT AN AMAZING DAY!! plus Rachel was 33 weeks pregnant which makes it even more special !! - We flew home on cloud nine!
WELKS - Sunday 25th April 2010 - Kanyon made the final cut of 6 from a huge
Open Dog class under Mrs Pamela Mottershaw.

EW Newton. Kanyon again was part of the winning Veldtkammer Best Breeder in Breed and then had a great Hound Group 2 Best
Breeder, qualifying the team for a place in the final at Crufts 2010.
Scottish Kennel Club - Saturday 16th May - 2nd in Puppy Dog under breed specialist Mrs Pat Thorne (Kwe Kwe) then 4th
in Purina Pro Plan Puppy Stakes with 30 dogs in the class under judge Sue Garner. Kanyon was also part of the winning Veldtkammer
team that won the Best Breeders in the Hound Group...what a day!!!!!

part of the Veldtkammer team that won Best Breeder in Breed then took 2nd place in the Hound Group Best Breeder.

of Breed, Hound Puppy Group 3 under Mr Roy Goodby and 3rd in Puppy Stakes under Mrs Ferelith Somerfield.
